These Terms govern use of JoinAWA.org and other online services operated by America's Workforce Alliance, Inc. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner consistent with AWA's mission and these Terms.
Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general informational and organizational purposes. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, or investment advice. Advocacy statements and policy materials may change as AWA develops positions and receives new information.
Membership
Submitting an application or payment does not create a right to membership if eligibility requirements, fraud review, payment completion, or other published conditions are not satisfied. Membership is subject to AWA's governing documents and policies. AWA member cards are not government-issued identification, professional credentials, union cards, or employment certifications.
Membership dues and renewals
The checkout page states the membership dues amount and renewal terms before payment. AWA annual membership renews unless canceled before renewal, subject to the terms shown at checkout. AWA does not represent membership dues as tax-deductible charitable contributions. See the Refund / Cancellation Policy for additional terms.
Member numbers and Founding Member status
AWA assigns authoritative member numbers from its membership system. The intended format is AWA-YY-######, where YY reflects the original join year and the sequence remains unique across years. Founding Member status is reserved for the first 1,000 qualified members under AWA's published rule and, once properly assigned, remains part of that member's historical record. Properly issued permanent member numbers and Founding Member designations are never reassigned to another person after cancellation.
Referrals
Referral links and QR codes are intended for legitimate outreach. Manipulation, automated enrollment, self-referral abuse, false identities, or other attempts to inflate referral statistics may be removed and may affect eligibility for recognition or benefits.
User conduct
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, introduce malware, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use AWA's systems for unlawful, threatening, harassing, or deceptive activity.
Intellectual property
AWA names, logos, crests, badges, artwork, site design, written materials, and other original content may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. No license is granted to produce merchandise, patches, membership cards, or confusingly similar AWA materials without written authorization.
External services and links
AWA may link to or integrate third-party services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. AWA is not responsible for an independent third party's site or service merely because AWA provides a link to it.
Disclaimers and limitation
AWA strives to keep the site reliable and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWA disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
