We Are Workers
Representing the people who keep America moving.
America's workforce built this country and keeps it moving every day. AWA exists to bring people together around shared priorities, practical solutions, and the strength that comes from standing together.
Our Mission
We believe progress comes from focusing on the issues that affect working people every day—opportunity, fairness, safety, economic stability, accountability, and a future worth building.
AWA's role is to connect people, elevate practical ideas, and turn shared concerns into constructive action.
Representing the people who keep America moving.
Focused on real-world solutions that improve lives and workplaces.
Uniting across differences to create a stronger, more resilient workforce.
Turning shared concerns into action that drives lasting progress.
Who We Are
America's Workforce Alliance is a nonpartisan, worker-focused organization built around a simple idea: ordinary people have more influence when they are connected by common purpose instead of divided by labels.
AWA creates a place where working Americans can identify shared concerns, support practical solutions, and build a stronger collective voice without requiring everyone to agree on everything.
Our Principles
Six principles. One direction.
Find common ground across occupations, regions, backgrounds, and viewpoints.
Put working Americans ahead of political parties and political division.
Stay focused on facts, honesty, and doing what is right—even when it is not easy.
Operate openly, communicate clearly, and remain accountable to the people we serve.
Give working Americans a stronger voice and a meaningful way to act together.
Every working American deserves to be heard, respected, and valued for the contribution they make.
